AROO Calendar Call! – 2016 Calendar Photo Contest

Have you always known your Aussie was destined to be a star?
Now’s your chance to make that Stars dream come true by submitting a photo of your dog for the chance to be featured in the 2016 AROO~Australian Shepherd Rescue of Ontario calendar, and help support an Aussie in need at the same time!

Photos will be judged by a Facebook Photo Contest – photos with the most LIKES will be featured in our calendar! Submit your entry by sending an email to Ottawa.aussies@gmail.com with the words “2016 Calendar Photo Contest” in the subject line. Attach your favorite photo of the dog that stole your heart – and any furry siblings they may have! Don’t forget to tell us a little about your dog.

  • The contest is free to enter
  • All entries must be received by 11:59pm October 12th, 2015.
  • Voting will begin in the Facebook Photo Contest on or FB Page October 15, 2015-October 20th at 11:59pm.
  • Winners will be announced on October 21st.
  • Calendars will be available to order online in mid-November.

RULES & ELIGIBILITY
  • The Contest is open to ALL Aussies and their owners (They don’t just need to be AROO Dogs) Mixed breeds and Aussie at Heart are all acceptable entries.
  • The entrant must be the legal owner of the dog
  • The entrant must have the ability to give AROO permission to use the photo
  • The photo must be original with no digital manipulation – that means no Photoshopping, no superimposing of images, etc.
  • The photo must be a high resolution photo
  • Color or Black & White photos accepted
  • Dogs (and fur friends) only. (no humans in the photo)
  • Only one (1) winning entry per dog
