AROO Core Team of Volunteers

There are many volunteers that work with AROO from foster homes to application screeners to transport drivers. We want to thank all of them for the continued support and help to Aussie's in need. The below volunteers are the core group that keep the rescue work on track and are responding to all the inquiries and needs of dogs in our care.

Board of Directors

As AROO~ Australian Shepherd Rescue of Ontario is a Registered NOT FOR PROFIT Organization we must have a board of Directors to oversee our rescue. Please meet the board and feel free to send any questions or concerns to ottawa.aussies@gmail.com

Communications Team

One of the most important part of rescue work is the communication. There are many emails received in a week with inquiries and questions from potential adopters, along with follow-up and support of dogs that are in need of rescue. This often can be a time consuming job to make sure everyone receives the information that they need. AROO has a core communications team that helps support the incoming messages and actions that need to be taken.
